Ladies and Gents, Knob Creek is having its bi-annual machine gun shoot... Pretty much this is about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on...

I know myself and a few friends will be there and was just curious as to how many other members would be attending ?

Maybe we could all meet up and atleast put some faces with these handles we have or maybe even a members dinner night..

Feel free to chimb in if your going or if anyone even things the meeting might be cool

I am in Nashville...this is not that far....maybe time for a road trip

Oddly, I've lived 10 miles from there for the past five years, yet I've never been. I might just make the drive this year. ;-)

WEll.. seeing how this is a 30 minute AT MOST trip from my house,( I live in Louisville , Ky.) and im there every weekend anyway with various rifles.. 15 22 included of course. Ill be there every day, and of course for the night shoot! A members meet & greet and dinner sounds cool. I tried this before in another knobb creek thread I stated lol.

This shoot is something on my bucket list...wish I could check it off this year haha.

I agree, and am 100% for this idea. I even tried at one time to get a 15 22 "shooting club" of sorts started there for our members in a previous thread. Even 1 or 2 times per month would be very fun. Nothing formal, just hang out, fire off a few hundred rounds,put faces to names, and just exchange info on various things, and have fun.

Well I'm definately in for a knob creek "meeting" on the 8,9, &10 but at 4 hours 1 way I don't know if I could make it 2 times a month

Oh I see. Oh well.. It was a shot in the dark any way lol. Was just hoping to get a few of us together at least once per month, oh well.. this will still do nicely. Count me in.. unless something horrible happens to keep me away.... like the mother in law visits lol! Nah. its her mom.. not mine. Im still coming. All kidding aside, maybe we could exchange cell #'s for a few of us by way of Pm's, so we can all know when and where to meet up as Knob creek is PACKED with thousands of people... litteraly( for those never been before) during this time of year. One thing though, being out there pretty much each weekend, I can tell you that AT&T and a few other companies cells DONT work out there for jack. Now you "MAY" get a signal if you're in the PERFECT spot. So calls would need to be made before arriving.. for signal's sake.. not to forget to mention its EXTREMELY loud there!

Just incase anyone is looking to get a charging handle, let me know and ill bring a few with me and y'all can pick them up there and save you some hassal

Im actually heading back there in 8 hours for my usual weekend Knobb Creek trip with my buddies. Something about that place.. just feels like home.. seeing how Im from the country. and well.. its located in the middle of no where lol. Goodbye the next full( for now)550 bulk box.. and hello to the 375 pack after that. As this is gonna be a all day affair lol.
