Default No Idea What Happened

I've said on other posts .... and to other guys I know that I'm just not into stainless ... nickel ... etc. Not really much on autos either. I like 'em well enough and I've seen some silver guns on here that are absolutely beautiful. I just liked my old blue 28 .... 19 ..& 36.
Sooooo couple of months ago I bought a model 66 2 1/2in. that just plain spoke to me ....... a month or 2 later I wandered into the store and ran right into a CS45 ... in stainless of course ... and now I've trraded my 36 for a model 60.
I love 'em .... what am I doing ????? Is this normal ???

I am a total opportunist. I have a nickeled 4" M27-2 because:
1. The price was right
2. It had a vey nice action job done on it.

Stainless guns are the ones I specifically designate for carry use. The 3 stainless guns I own are a M60, M65 & a M63. All my other guns are blue except for a set of Nickel plated Colt SAA 's with Stag grips. For daily carry you just can't beat the durability of stainless, but for target shooting (especially outdoors), and sheer beauty, a blue gun is he way to go (IMHO).

I am like you I like my S&W's to be blued but I have two that are SS, no nickle. There is nothing like a pretty blued gun. Don
