Default New to the forum

My name is Fermin i was invited to join this forum by "Lee" he saw me on another site and saw i just bought a Sigma so here i am, to make a long story short i went to a pawn shop and bought a SW40VE, i picked her up Yesterday then lastnight i went and got some rounds and some cleaning stuff, when i took it appart she was almost clean, i used solvent to clean her i probably used 5 Qtips she wasnt that dirty to begin with being the fact i got her from a local pawnshop, i think only a clip was fired through it, i got her cleaned up oiled her up and put her back in the case ready for the range this weekend........
Im looking to learn more about it and im glad Lee told me about this site.

Welcome my friend! We're glad to have you here!

We have lots of knowlegable sigma fans in this club who share their experience; I've learned allot.

Let me be the first to offer advise. Thee best thing you can do for the sigma is to shoot it, clean it, and repeat the process as often as possible!

Post often and enjoy the mighty sigma.

Lee

edit: By the way, the sigma is not an oil hog. Lube lightly as per the manual.

Welcome to the forum & to the Sigma!! I think Lee is building an army here!! You couldn't have been invited by better guy! Hey, while you wait to go to the range, see if you can dry fire it about 4 or 500 times!! It will get the "Sigma finger" in shape!! It will also aid with the trigger break in! Give us a range report when you get back!

Welcome!
This forum is a great pool of knowledge, with no attitude. Once in a while we get a Glock user in here running their mouths, but we quickly put them in their place ;-)

Medevack, welcome to the forum and sigma owners/shooters club.

You asked about veterans, go into the lounge forum and check the top sticky about veterans group membership.
Also look in your user control section to indicate branch of service, NRA membership etc.
