Default "Fatten" the grip on my new LCP

I was thinking of wraping the grip with a few turns of electrical tape to create a slight palm swell and squeezing a piece of bicycle inner tube over it. Any ideas?

Try it and see how it feels, won't cause any harm to the gun, could easily be reversed if you don't like the effect.

That electrical tape glue can be a mess to get off after it's been on for a while. I have seen on TV ads for tape that sticks to itself. I think you can get it at Auto Zone and other parts stores. Don

Thanks for the tip. I ordered a Pachmayr slip on, and a Pierce mag extender. In the mean time I'll try to come up with suitable tape. I want to wind up with something like these examples, with a bit of tape under both sides for a bit of a palm swell.

Go to your local skateboard shop and ask for a sheet of "grip tape". one sheet is about 12x36 and it's like thick sandpaper, but the adhesive used for skateboards is super sticky and water proof.

There are gun companies that have taken this idea and marketed it. Like Trugrip and Pachmayr, they make similar products at 10 times the cost of skateboard grip tape.
