Thumbs down Election Phone Calls

I live in AZ and have had over 125 phone calls soliciting my vote. They call anytime of the day; I have an unlisted number; can't wait till this is all over.

the phone calls are as useless as those that hold the jobs.

I only received 3 here in NJ and those in the past week. I have an unlisted/unpublished number but the automatic dialing machines are programmed to dial blocks of numbers.
I worked a phone bank for a local congressional candidate, but I suppose that's different than a recording.

Got one such call in my unlisted phone number. Caller was trying to encourage me to " . . . send the governor a message for signing the anti-immigrant bill." I corrected him and said it is an anti-illegal immigration law. Somehow, he had omitted the "illegal" part. They skew the message to suit their agenda.

I'm waiting for a call from an employer so these have been very annoying to me hahah I get nervous/excited for no reason =/ Nice that I won't be getting anymore messages, calls nor a ton of post cards on propositions and candidates.

I got over 100 too, in three days. I hit the return dial on one and got a recording that informed me they were within their rights to harass me because the "no call" didn't apply to them, which only made me madder. Then I sent a letter to their state headquarters, and got an immediate phone call from a living idiot, instead of a recorded idiot, what a joke, I'm glad they took a beating.
