I used to buy these bullets from National Bullet co. There out of business.
Anyone have a source for this bullet?

Thumbs up Magnus No. 807

Magnus Bullets makes em.

.45 ACP CALIBER/45 COLT/454 CASULL at .40 CALIBER HARD CAST LEAD

Great bullet choice, btw. I have used the same bullet for years in .45 ACP over Bullseye powder. One of the most accurate bullets I have ever found in all of my 25/625/325 revolvers. Also accurate and feeds surprisingly well in 1911 pattern autos.

Still have 500 left from the old National Bullet Company.

God bless,

Hugh

yep
ordered 1000 from Magnus today. his last 1000 too.
he said about a week to have more.
I used to use the National , could pick them in Willoghby Ohio but there no longer.
used them on bowling pins with w-231. worked well in a comped colt 1911.

Never could get lead to shoot well in my Smith 625.
Kind of a common problem from what iv'e heard. accuracy was not as good as Jacketed for some reason??

Be sure to check the long colt listings on all these sights. For some reason certain shape and/weight bullets don't get listed for 45 acp even though they are perfectly acceptable.
My favorite bullet is a 200gr RNFP designed for the long colt.
