Looking to buy an Ejector Rod for a 38/44 Cylinder going into a 6 1/2" 25-2. Had a trusted collegue that reamed me a cylinder to 45 Colt but I slightly bent it so need another. Any help in this Dilemna will be DEEPLY APPRECIATED!

Jerry Rodgers is right down in your neck of the woods. I bought the last one he had, but he told me that he could convert a left handed rod to right handed. That may be what you have to do, since right handed rods are pretty hard to come by these days. I have dealt with him in person and over the phone. He is a good man, and a fellow SWCA member. I know that he has about 5 tons of NOS forged S&W parts.

I recently suggested him to someone here, but another poster spoke up and said that he is no longer in business. I haven't called him to confirm that yet. I know he has a metal business of some sort down there, so maybe he can still help you out.
