Where can I find the adaptors that allow you to use model 59 or 5900 mags in a 6906?

I ordered from S&W 1-800-331-0852 About 8 or 9 dollars at that time.

just ordered 5 two weeks ago.Precision Gun Speciaties,got #from their website and ordered on monday and in my hand on thursday.$10.00 for sleeve and floorplate,very easy to install.3 extra rounds,better grip and no extra length overall than 12 round 6906 mag.BTW the go on a 5906 15 round mag.
