Default butt stock replacements

Im a cheap arse and dont want to spend 100 bucks on a butt stock so does anyone know where i can pick one up for like 30-40 bucks and i also would like a pad, anyone know where i can one for cheap also?

most will be around $40-50 the magpul is very common but i dont know about pads, haven't seen too many. the major thing here is that you can use any mil-spec stock. so start googling!

This is what I did to my stock "on the cheap".

Command Arms cheek rest with storage compartments and an AR15 Butt Pad for "Law Enforcement Stock" made by UTG/Leapers. I did have to custom cut the butt pad to fit with the CAA cheek piece.

The Magpul MOE but stock is around that price (cheaper if you shop around), and it has a butt pad on it.

thanks guys Im thinking im going to mod my OE one. If i screw it up ill just buy a magpul. Also i was trying to take the strap hook off the butt stock and the screw wont come all the way out do you got to cut it out?

You just have to fiddle with the screw, it will come out.

Make sure to take lots of pics of your stock mods from beginning to end so we can all see how well, or not it works! Good luck!!! Maybe you'll think outside the box and come up with somethin original.
