Default 640-3 cylinder spin

I have a 640-3 w/lock 357.
The trouble is the cylinder doesn't spin as freely as I would like. It spins and works fine. I thought it might be a bent ejector? That tube that you eject the spent cases with, so I changed it with a new one. No change. Thought I would ask the experts.
Tanks!
