does anyone have one of these and does it work on magpul p-mags.

Yes and yes. Works very well on my P-mags and saves your thumb considerable wear!

I have the "StripLULA" which works awesome with PMag's and is by far the best/fastest loader I've found.

+1 on striplula. It can be used with individual rounds, as well as rounds on standard GI stripper clips.
