I thought 4 Screw was 1899 to 1902.
Then, Five Screw, 1903 more or less, till the mid-latter 1950s, when they deleted the front return Spring Screw in the Trigger Bow, and around then, they deleted the upper Side Plate screw...where-upon the Revolvers became 3 Screw.
I think all Model 10s as such, were/are 3 Screw.

From 1957 to 1962ish, all model 10's were 4 screws. They didn't have the very top side plate screw. When they dropped the screw in front of the trigger guard, they became 3 screws.
