Default Miss my 36

Well S&W has had my 36 for just over a month now and haven't heard a word? Kind of dissappointing. Hammer pin snapped off(pin attached to the inside of the frame that the hammer rides on) AND the hammer mounted firing pin broke. I am possibly the 3rd or even 4th owner yet S&W is fixing it free of charge...So I'm not really annoyed, I just want it back. Anyone have to send a pistol back? How long was the turn around, do a good job, etc? Smith & Wesson factory repair issues? Just curious...thanks.

It's been several years, but I sent in a Model Ten for a new firing pin bushing and had it back in five days. Mighta been a fluke.
