Default Machete Guide Master 22" question??

sorry to ask a silly question. I love this machete i just have no idea how i'm supposed to attach the sheath to a belt. its not like any attachment i've ever seen. any advice would be much appreciated

If the sheath has wire attachments then it was made to go on a Military belt.

That is a military attachment and will require the right belt or some creative modification.

There were adapters made that fit those mounts and slid onto a belt. Basically just a loop of leather about 3" wide with a toung hanging down. 2 holes were in the toung, spaced properly to hold the wire loops.

If your sheath is as the one pictured it should be able to fit the military belt wire hanger OR be slipped onto a belt through the belt loop on the back of the sheath, if I am looking at the picture correctly. That's the way my mid 70's Ontario machete sheath is made.
