Default M36 with Crimson Trace Grips

Changed the nightstand gun to LG-305's for a little better grip since it's not getting carried.

1972 belonged to our local sheriff as his BUG for many years.

Gonna keep it in the family.

thanks

I purchased the grips, but the 36 was a trade years ago with my dad who was a fishing buddy with the sheriff.

Both, by the way, are in their late '80's and still kickin' pretty hard.

I just beat on it with a ball peen hammer till the spur broke off.

Well, maybe not that bad, but I Dremel'ed off the spur for when I was pocket carrying it years ago.

Nothing that can't be put back with another parts hammer.

Here's a much better job on my Colt snub hammer (and, no, I didn't do it. Wish I could do work that good!)
