I recently found a good low mileage model 66 that took my fancy. 4 inch barrel. I wont be having it in my hands for about a month, because of licencing requirements here in Australia, and its and 1000miles awy, so I cant pop in and get more info.
It has the frame mounted firing pin, but no safety mechanism (yeeha!!).
Serial number is CCU 32XX. Can anyoneone give me an indication of when it was made?
