light weapon light
Try Streamlight 1,2 or 3. The price is very reasonable compared to others and do the same job at a better price. I am currently using a streamlight 1 on my Springfield XD .40 and love it. It provides a great beam and is very controlable from either side of the light if your right or left handed. Try Midway or Brownells for starters on price.
