Default Help ID a Model 64-3

Just today picked up a SS 64-3 NIB with papers and tools. Serial # is 7D040xx. Can someone help me with the year of manufacture? Barrell is pinned which they discontinued in 1982 according to my book but I can't pin down the year.

Thanks for your help.

Bill
