That would be a 1957, pre 17. Possibly with original grips (at least they are appropriately diamond magnas). Check in front of the trigger guard as it should have a fourth screw. Nice gun.
It has a Target hammer and standard trigger, which was a fairly common combination. If you see the SN stamped on the inside of the right stock panel they are original to the gun. How does it shoot?
I haven’t owned this for very long about 6 months. But we have had it to the range twice it is a very good shooter. Wife and I have around 500 rounds through it so far.
But it might be hitting the selling block, we had a family emergency this past week. So one week with no pay for me and it will be two weeks for the wife. Gonna kick us right in the seat of the pants.
