Default M&P target with box and test target

Military and Police 38 special target with 6 inch barrel shipped October 10, 1931 to Cincinnati, Ohio. The gun letters as a target gun came with box and a S&W test target dated October 9, 1931. I asked Roy Jinks to comment about the test target and he advised S&W did them to help sales during the depression.

Flat-out beautiful. I would love to find a boxed M&P Target like that.

This one thread has used up my envy allocation for the day.
