Default Holster Question

I'm looking at purchasing a Top Cop Paddle holster from Desantis. Does anyone have one, use one?
I'm looking to carry my Md#36 in this, since I'm a little rotund and inside the waist isn't to comfortable I'm thinking this is the way to go. Since I'm also left handed good holsters don't fly off the shelf.

Regards,
LnL

DeSantis makes good stuff. I've never owned the holster in question but would be concerned about it not holding tight to the body. All of the paddle holsters I've tried had that problem. I guess if you're using a heavy cover garment, it might work well. If you try one, be sure to let us know if you like it. I would like to have a good J frame paddle holster in the lineup.

FIST makes an excellent paddle holster and it holds the weapon close to the body; they're custom made and it takes about six weeks, but worth the wait. They are very comfortable to wear and easy on and off.

Thanks for the thoughts guys I appreciate it.
I've never owned a paddle holster and a retired detective I know suggested it to me since inside the waist is no longer comfortable to me. I haven't ordered one yet and I need to look a FIST I own a few of theirs as well.

LnL
