Default more communing with my Grandfather

I spent a lot of time remembering my grandfather though this one. This table made use of quite a lot of what he passed onto me before he passed on.

Im just a little saddened though.
with the two uncles with the skills advancing in age, I am relatively soon to be the last of my kind

Fantastic!

Every stroke, with every tool, probably brings back good memories...my Father was a carpenter and every time I use his tools I see him again.

I have some tools from my grand father's Sunoco station in Ontario from the 40's and 50's as well as a small table I inherited. It's great to own such things and I hope those I pass them along to will appreciate them too.

Default Children

If you haven't already, maybe you better get to making some children to pass these skillsit onto.
I'm also guessing you probably have made a nice gun cabinet at some point in time :-)

I'm taking it easy on it today. just scuffed out the finish earlier for the final coat which ill likely lay tomorrow so as to give the place a good chance to air out.
so I guess Ill work on some bullet molds to avoid wasting the day.
