Thanks Gary,
I have searched this site before but it is tricky as I am wanting a specific printing of the book. I currently have a 1996 copy and talking with Roy this was essentially a new printing of the 1975 revision, nothing more, nothing less. Just newer. Looks like $100 is about the going rate for this book if I am looking at it right. Thanks again,
