686 Holster
I just purchased a model 686 with a 3" barrel. I plan to use it as an everyday carry gun. Can someone recomend a good OWB holster?

Mine rides in a Kramer belt scabbard or a Desantis OWB without a retention strap....might work for you as well. Not cheap however.

I have 5 of the Lobo Pancakes, and really like them.
I would probably go with a Model 1 Pancake.
1.5" Belt slots
Add Inner Hammer Shield
Add Detail Boned
Should be around $60 and 5 week delivery.

The Bianchi Black Widow (#5?) works well for me.

I have a 686+ with a 4" barrel. They are really nice guns. It gets carried in a Simply Rugged Sourdough Pancake holster.

My 6" rides snugly in a Simply Rugged pancake. Great craftsmanship and completely custom made. Other leather accessories as well. Give them a view at simply rugged.com.

Simply Rugged Holsters,
Rob is a fine a gentleman and fellow shooter you'll encounter. I'vehad the pleasure of spending a weekend shooting with he and a group of friends. Followed by breakfast the next morning.
I'm not plugging Rob's goods as a friend, but as a customer and I can honestly say I've never seen a complaint about any of Rob's work.
