Well worth waiting for
Had to wait a little bit but it all payed off, picked up this model 28-2 4 in. barrel in 98% condition with just a slight turn ring on cylinder. It did come with the original grips but i changed them to Ahrends maple tactical revolver stocks. Sorry about the pic I know it's not the best.

I missed on a couple of 28s , passed on a couple , and ultimately ended up w a very , very nice one .
The one that was meant for me perhaps .

You picked a winner! Them maple grips really make it look great and thats a good pic compared to mine. Great shooting revolvers from my experience with them. Make .357's a joy to shoot. Congrats sir!

Congratulations! The Model 28 is my favorite revolver - big, tough and beautifully plain. Mine wear Herrett Jordan Troopers but I gotta' say I really like your choice in those Ahrends.
