My nearly new M&P9c came in a black M&P case with the gray latches, however, mine only has one latch. I talked to S&W CS today and they do not have any latches or replacements.

Any advice on where to find something as simple as a gray M&P latch? I had assumed there would be a bin with broken stuff in it where S&W would snag something like that. I assumed wrong.

Petty issue but a loose end to tie up at some point.

You might try eBay, GunBroker, and GunsAmerica. I have seen people selling empty cases.

The Store on the Smith and Wesson web site has the blue cases with the gray latches for $10-$12.

Thanks for the info. I have a couple of blue boxes. The latches are a different size. The S&W CS guy thought about that first but discounted it.

I looked at ebay...there are several boxes, $30-40 per box plus 12ish shipping. So I will head the other directions that you guys recommended. My guess the $40 boxes stay there a while.
