Default 9c rd not ejecting
On occasion the chanbered rd will not extract when slide is operated, and may take several slide racks to drop it out of ejection port.

Would this be a sign of a bad extractor?
I've also read a round chambered a few too many time will also present this issue, and may be guilty of this from time to time.
