Default Viridian bad business....

So some of you might have read in an earlier post by me about the problems I've had with Viridian. If you haven't read it here is a cliff note. They send me a very bad looking unit that looked like it had been used. Also it would not run through the modes and turn on/off. I talked to their customer service and they had me ship the old unit in and after some time they sent me another brand new unit which I for today. I opened it meanwhile I had my wife cross her fingers that it was a good perfect unit and turns out the lens over the LED light is cracked or scratched. The unit is a C5L. My point is, this is the second unit that I've had and it been nothing but issues and paying 300 or more for a product of its nature you would expect it to be of quality and perfect. Not the case. So if any of you are thinking about going down this road I'd think twice. I've attached the e-mail that I've just sent and the picture of the unit lens. Best of luck.

Hello this is I had a C5L that needed replacement because it would not turn on and cycle through moods. So I sent you in the old C5L as asked to do so and waited to get my new one from you. The package came in the mail today and I opened it inspected it and saw that the lens covering the led is cracked and or scratched, please refer to attached image at bottom. This is now the second time I have received a defective unit from you. I am very unpleased with the quality of your company. This is not right. I mean who inspects the units before they go out? Who ever this is should be talked to about their quality of inspection and same to who ever made the unit. I have proven by shipping my old unit back to you the first time that I will comply and ship the unit back. I want a unit shipped out to me asap overnighted and I will gladly ship this back to you. Kassi you told me in special circumstances that you would ship the unit out before receiving the old one. I think this qualifies as such. Otherwise I want my money back. I belong to about 9 gun forums and word of mouth is the best selling point. I only want a unit that is of great quality. Overall I want what I paid for and now 2 units later and that is hardly what I've received. I would also like this forwarded to a supervisor and would like an explanation as to why this is happening and the next unit shipped out needs to be perfect, maybe a supervisor should inspect it them self. *I hope this can be corrected as it is the last chance I'm giving Viridian. I am sure you understand where I am coming from.
Sincerely,

So I have gotten a letter back from the CS manager at viridian and she apologized for the issue. They did not over night my package and really did nothing but say sorry. Then they gave me another tracking number yesterday for the new unit. I checked last night and it said shipped. Then today I recieved an E-mail from a CS rep Kassi saying that the wrong package was shipped and that they had to make another shipment and then send it out. In a nutshell, I have to wait longer, meanwhile I signed up for a low leve light class on Thursday night that was 100$ non refundable assuming that my unit would be here based on the tracking number (UPS delivers in my community by 4:00 absolute latest). I then called Kassi and asked why again am I dealing with another mistake and one that could have been prevented if someone actually took the time to pay attention and she responded coldly and with an attitude "mistakes happen" that was the only answer I got. I tried to explain my side when I got rudely hung up on!. Again I swear I wasn't yelling or taking shots at them just trying to explain why I needed the laser by Thursday. I did not call back, I needed to kool out, after some time I recieved an e-mail with a real quick sorry and that the package would be here on Friday a day later then I originally was to get it..
Well my thoughts so far are, all the mistakes that have happend thus far could have been prevented if someone just took the time to care. It's all about quality of company and this is hardly what I got. I've heard Mostly good reviews of Viridian but now I am not so sure. I've had 2 defective units multiple hold up times. And poor customer service, if you ask me I'd say skip Viridian and go with another product. It is a neat concept the laser and light combo but it is def not worth all the work I've been putting into this matter. This was supposed to be a gift from my wife and that was almost a month ago.. What's more is I still do not know what the quality of the unit they are sending out to me at this point is going to be like.. So anyone who's thinking Viridian Green lasers save the money and move on... You might get a good unit but if you don't it's not worth all of this or the chance for this.... I'll keep you all updated
..... I sent the above threads on another forum but wanted the community to be aware

I ordered a laser directly from Viridian, it included a kydex holster to accommodate the pistol & laser. The unit arrive in short order but the wrong holster was sent. I contacted them and was immediately sent info for no charge return. A few days later the correct holster arrived. Yes there was a problem but it was corrected in a very timely manner with no hassle.
