Ten Years Ago On a Cold Dark Night...
Well, actually it was a bright sunny day...
CajunsMisty, or just plain "Misty" for short, and I stood before God and a couple of witnesses and promised to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.
We were broke that day. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a ring for six bucks, and a handful of flowers from the Food-Lion on the corner. After the service, we went to the Blue Ridge parkway and drove down it for a ways. That was our honeymoon; We both had to be back at work the next day.
It's been a somewhat rocky road to here. There have been ups and downs, bright sunny days, and some of the blackest nights we could never have imagined. Through it all we've been there together with Jesus at our side. We couldn't have done it without Him.
We can't wait to see what's around the next corner.
Happy Anniversary Honey.

Happy Anniversary to both of you.
For Dee and I, it's been 42 years today. She's been around this long so I guess I'll keep her. Actually it's more of she's put up with me for all these years so she's decided to keep me.

Happy Anniversary.
My Pastor gave me a secret for marital harmony. The husband always has to get in the last word in a disagreement.
The last word is always "Yes Dear".
OK that's two words, but you get my drift.

You are a class act my Brother. Take it one day at a time, it's worth it. I can look back and say the very same thing you said, but the investment has paid off big time. It has been 31 years for the Lord and us. You will never drown in faith-He will NEVER let you down. Happy anniversary to all three of you. Hebrews 13: 5

Happy anniversary good luck in the future. Your wedding and honeymoon sounds a little like mine, 34 years ago last May 25th. The strange part is that we got married on my wifes birthday and now she claims to be 29 years old, but what can I say................"yes dear".
Enjoy each other,
gordon

Congratulations. It just gets better with age. We'll be at 44 years, two weeks from tomorrow, and out celebrating with a 3-day motorcycle ride.

Oh, OK, cool, my first thought on reading the title was "...someone was killed 'neath the town hall light..." This is a better subject though, congrats and may you share many more. My bride and I will celebrate twenty five years together next March, I had sort of planned on us going back to Charleston and seeing if the Ruby Tuesday's is still there where I popped the question to my young, beautiful SH3(SW), with the eyes like diamonds.... We met at our ship's (USS Holland, AS 32) 4th of July picnic at the Naval Base, back when ship's parties came complete with beer trucks.

If a man says something in the forest and his wife is not there to hear him, is he still wrong.
Happy Anniversary
