Question Winchester pdx1 22 magnum defender

Jut got four boxes of these new Winchester pdx1 defender in 22 magnum from Cabelas.

The boxes read 40gr, 1295 fps.

Everything I've read on the web says they are 45gr at 1200fps.

Now I know the fps will vary from firearm to firearm based on many factors and while I would like to think I could get 1295fps from my 1 7/8 bb 351C, I take that with a grain of salt.

Bullet weight is another thing. A manufacturer should know what their bullets weigh. So is it 40 or 45 grain for this load????
