i just read a news article about the IRS sending out billions of dollars to refund bogus tax returns. one address alone remitted over 2000 fraudulent tax refund claims.
this, of course, gets me upset. so, to prevent busting a spring and going on a rampage, i turn back time and drown myself in.......DOO WOP and old cars..............
