Default CT Railmaster Laser?

I know lasers are either loved or hated.
Has anyone tried the CT Railmaster ? IF so how is it for CCW as far as getting used to turn it on before firing. Reason i ask Is all my lasers are CT with the hand grip button activation.
Adding another "STEP" during a confrontation makes me pause to consider???? I also use lasers just as a training aid for trigger pull and shot placement consistency... So not a do or die must have the red dot during a confrontation situation for me.
And before you disagree with my laser usage, I am 65 , lungs bad on oxy 24/7 , I carry a tank with me, lots of grey hair. Rt hamstring torn, (can't run) ( besides lungs won't let me.) Eyes can't see target and gun sights at same time, Am THE ready made target for anyone over 11 years old..
I need all the advantage I can get.. (no sympathy please, )
