649-3 Question
Ive got an opportunity to purchase a nice 649-3.
Have not seen pictures confirming the dash but the seller has re-confirmed. I have seen pictures of the barrel. Marked for 38 special.
Transition model? Barrel replacement?
Appreciate any feedback.
