Default New from MI on a .357 hunt

Hey,
I’m new to the forum, I joined to do a little research for a potential new revolver purchase.
I consider myself a gun collector (on a budget) and a target shooter.
I have a wide verity of handguns from a Cold Python to a Kimber 1911.
One thing I don’t have is a Smith & Wesson revolver.
I had a 686 many years ago, but I sold it shortly after the whole S&W/Clinton deal.
Well I’ve got a Colt Python (1980) and a Ruger Blackhawk (1963), it only seems fitting that I add a S&W 586 or 686 to my .357 collection.
I certain I’ll be able to get some valuable information on which .357 S&W revolver to purchase.
Thanks,
Tim

Welcome from Texas Tim. Great forum for all things S&W, have fun, learn lots, share what you know.

Either model would be a fine addition.
