Question NEw to the Forum!! HAve a question about my S&W MODEL 10

Hi, My model ten s firing pin has play in it, like ity moves a bit is this normal!!?? should I FIRE the gun, I HAVE NOT FIRED IT JUST BOUGHT IT!!
