Very happy to find this site! ---Just a brief background; at one time I was a very avid S&W collector. From about 1975 to 1982 I went to gun shows in the NW, bought every good S&W I could get my hands on, and then would go to the Great Western to sell my duplicates. I find from reading some posts here that David Carroll is still active, and I remember meeting him at the Great Western shows when they were still in the West LA area. In the mid 80s I found my career more important that the gun shows (only because I had to support a family) so I sold most of my collection and concentrated on a real job. So now I still shoot for pleasure, do my own reloading, and still have a small collection of very nice S&W's.
75 years young, and still put in my 8 hours plus a day.
