By way of introduction - I'm also a very NBEE here, sometime
in Feb. if memory serves, who resides in upstate/Rhinebeck
New York. I'm a USN veteran - '63 - '68, did 29 months "In
Country", survived to join and retire from 32 years of NYSP
(the novelty long worn off, did 32 und bought three years
of military time to give me the Full, Then, 35 year retirement).
I now sell a few pieces of weaponry, am a NY licensed gunsmith, and, it seems, collect as much as I sell - mostly
Deutsche Waffen.
Ah, lest I forget, am a NRA Benefactor.
My purpose here today, my first post, being to inquire re a
reported member here - a Mr. Joseph Cebull - who also reportedly restores the S&W wooden cases in which Mod. 27s,
29s, and 57s were once sold. I just recently acquired my 27
in such a case (hinged wooden) in superb condition, but both
my 29 und 57 cases could definitely do with some interior refurbishing/
enhancement.
Could any of you fine Folk possibly point me in Herr Cebull's direction - who (also reportedly) resides in NJ.
Many thanks.
