Greetings from frozen Winnipeg Canada!
Hi Y'all!
Wayne here from Winnipeg.
I've been an avid shooter for over 40 years and got my first taste of S&W power at the age of about 12 when I fired a model 29 and having it nearly put me on my ***. Been hooked ever since. I am a member of several forums but this is the first one dedicated to S&W I have ever registered to. Been looking around and me likey!
Own several autos but wheelguns are my sentimental faves and currently own matching 686 and 629s.
I prefer summer / outdoor shooting but we have a couple nice all season indoor ranges here and despite being pricey it's a good way to break the humdrum winter blues.
Going to make my second post an inquiry about the V-Comp line. I've had a .44 V-Comp on order with a dealer for over 18 months and still nothing. Waiting for them to churn our some with barrels longer than 4" (we require 4.2" or longer in Canada to be legal)
Wish I had the .44 snub I owned years ago. If I hadn't sold it I would have "grandfathered" it and allowed to keep it. Same said about my Franchi SPAS 12 shotgun. Too bad, so sad!
