Talking Hello from Virginia foothills of the Blue Ridge
Good evening all. New to the forum but not to S&W. I'm a 61 year old aerospace engineer currently working on the Antares launch vehicle that supplies the space station. Married for 35 years to a great woman whom I target shoot with on a very regular basis. She is actually very good. Our love of guns center around the 1911 and model 29 S&W. I have 4 model 29's currently. 25-2 acp, 27-2, 29-2, and a newly acquired (this Friday) model 57 no dash. All were NIB except the 29-2 which had less than 30 rounds thru her. Looking to add one more which would be the 25-5 LC. All are nickel except the 25-2 acp. I searched high and low and from I am guessing it may not have been produced in a nickel finish in the acp cartridge. The LC yes. We also reload all our own ammo which we both enjoy as well. Anyway that's my intro and I'm sticking to it!

Welcome. I am from SC, but recently built a cabin in Mt Rogers Recreation area. Used to hunt and camp up there in my younger days, but the ground is pretty hard up there. There are several active forum members in the neighborhood.
