Hello S&W Friends!
I do a lot of shark fishing. All tag and release. There is a group of us that will hang out on the pier all night long. And I mean all night long from 4pm-7am. Sometimes a few cops will come and hang out with us if nothing is going on with them. The cops told us that we need to be carrying if we are going to be out all night like we are. So here I am! I got my permit and now I'm looking for my first carry.

Welcome from Tennessee. Ya'll better be careful with them sharks. I fish a lot, but not for anything that can eat me. Going legally armed is smart, but I'll have to think on that shark business awhile. Watch your back and be safe.

And a Hound Dawg Howdy from SC! We have loads of sharks around here. Many many years ago me and a buddy were fishing in neck deep water at the 'grillage' on Sullivan's Island near a buoy and what looked about like a 8 footer swam around the buoy one time and kept going. My friend and I looked at each other and said, "I think we'd better get out of here."

"Ain't ya watchin it Hooper?" I mean you must have seen the movie so if Brody needed an M1 Garand and additional help from a O2 bottle to dispatch that shark...........I suggest you may want a Barrett .50 cal. as your everyday (or night in your case) carry, or possibly a TOW rocket.
You may a bit of a problem finding an IWB "holster" for either.
Welcome aboard and don't forget rule # 1 of the forum...unless you post a photo of what you finally get....it didn't happen.
