6080 knives, please help
I have two of these knives and the stainless USA stamp is on different sides, also one does not have the Smith&Wesson in black on the blade. Does anyone know why this is? And do you know what they are worth?

This old thread started by member Ko41 contains some information on your Model 6080 knives:
S&W Knife Photos
Your knife is pictured among the 1980 Sportsman series which in reply #33 member bk43 wrote were made in S&W's Houlton ME factory. In reply #19 posted in 2006 Ko41 wrote your knives were worth $40 to $65. I doubt that they are worth any more today.
In the decades since your knife was made S&W built a reputation as a marketer of inexpensive knives. Most were sub-contracted out to Taylor Cutlery and /or imported from China. That did not help the value of the knives that they made themselves.
Very recently S&W Holding Corporation bought Taylor Cutlery and other outdoor gear manufacturers and to emphasize their more diversified holdings omitted S&W from their name.
I hope this helps a little and welcome to the forum.
