Hello from Michigan
Hi all. Recently joined and just acquired a 4506-1. It is my second pistol with the first being a SD9VE. I have CPL, that is what the 9 is for, but really wanted an all metal gun. I found the 4506 during my research on all metal guns. Everyone and their brother has a 1911 so I wanted something different and the Smith spoke to me. Took a while to find one and 200 miles round trip and it is mine.

I also own each of those pistols. The 4506 is a range gun and the SD resides on my nightstand.

I carried a 4506 as my duty sidearm for years and loved it. Built like a tank, solid as a rock, would feed empty cases. Did not have to draw it often but when I did I had their complete attention.
