Long Time Ago
My brother was a long-time S & W enthusiast, an FBI agent, a ballistics expert for the FDLE, and my mentor. A week before he passed away from cancer, about 1982, we spent a day in his favorite wilderness using up ammo. The S & W 357 and 44 mags got a good workout, along with his favorite pistol, a 45 Colt Army revolver. That was the last time I fired a handgun. Not long ago I began looking for a personal defense handgun (—-the times they are achangin’) and the Model 19 PC Carry Comp caught my eye. In the absense of my mentor, I’ll look forward to finding answers to my questions here on the forums.
