Goodmorning from texas
Just wanted to say hello and good morning recently required a Smith & Wesson Model 66 - 3 357 Magnum and I'm trying to find the date of manufacture. If someone could point me in the right direction or help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it

Good morning from Kansas. If you can post the Serial Number I’m sure someone will come up with year of manufacture. If you become a member of the Smith and Wesson Collectors Assn you get a discount on a letter from our historian which would go into greater detail. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome. Lots of fantastic information here. As a former member of TSRA and the Ft. Worth Rifle and Pistol Club, Karen and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in TX (NAS Dallas). I also went to Primary Flight Training at the old Ft. Wolters. The old saying applied: I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as soon as I could.
