Greetings from Down Under
G'Day fellow shooters and greetings from "The Land of the Long White Cloud" otherwise known as New Zealand. Being 80 years young and have been both a hunter and competition shooter for many years, but I now find myself mostly plinking at paper and steel targets just for fun.
I have just bought myself a Model 41, which I am finding to be an excellent well balanced and accurate pistol. I have no idea how many previous owners it has had, but it is in excellent condition and it would be nice to know just when it was made.
If there is anyone out there that could help, I would very much appreciate it. The serial number is A758406.

Oops, indicating my service in the Navy has shown up as U.S. Navy, which of course is not correct. My service was in the Australian Navy, or to be more concise, the Fleet Air Arm. Accordingly, I have amended my profile so I assume the badge will eventually be removed.

Your model 41 dates to late 1981 or, more likely, early 1982.
