For Pistol it is the Redding BR3. I like the way it consistently throws small charges for pistol loads.

Little Dandy for me when loading from a block, single stage. And since using the new adjustable rotor it makes it even easier....

I have an old RCBS/Ohaus DuoMeasure - two chambers - large/small.
The plastic has shrunk around the middle and its a little tight on the adjustable baffle, but it is still a great consistant measure.
I wonder if they still have replacement parts?

I have an RCBS that's so old I can't recall the model. But to be truthful, if "favorite" equals "most-used", my set of Lee powder dippers wins hands down.

I use RCBS Little Dandy for almost all my handgun reloading, Redding 10X whenever there's not a LIttle Dandy rotor for a charge I want. For rifle a Redding 30BR is my choice.

I have a redding that is well over 40 years old. Bought it used when I started reloading at the age of 16. Still throws perfect charges.

Belding and Mull Visible Powder Measure. IMO it is hands-down the best for throwing stick powder for rifle loads, but a tad slow. I have four of them.
Also have two Lyman 45s with aftermarket replacement micrometer guts, and an RCBS Little Dandy with adjustable rotor. I don't use the latter measures much now that I have two Dillon SDBs for pistol reloading, one set up for large primers, one set up for small primers. The Dillon measures do just fine for any pistol powder I throw, including Unique, W231, and Titegroup. Generally within 0.1 grain or less, and that's fine by me.

I really like my Hornady with the pistol micrometer.
It does everything that I need to do for pistol loads.
For blackpowder, you can't beat the Hornady black powder measure- it's easier to use and meters more consistently than the Lyman 55 for blackpowder.

I use the RCBS Lil Dandy for all my pistol cartridge reloading, with one of Bailey Boat's adjustable rotors. This rotor is the neatest thing since sliced bread, and can be adjusted without removing it from the powder measure. Very accurate, and the adjustment doesn't wander once you get it set. You need to get one.

I've used a Belding & Mull since 1952. Very accurate and repeatable. Now I use an RCBS Little Dandy if I have a rotor that throws the pistol charge I want.
