Here's a start.
41 Magnum Load Data - Handloads.Com
From the above linked site:
215gr LSWC 16.0 gr2400 1,115 fps Win LP guestVery accurate in a 4 5/8" Blackhawk, moderate load, and enjoyable to shoot.
I used this for a practice and plinking load in my .41's and a hotter variation as a duty load while serving as a LEO 40 years ago, with very good results.
Do a Google search for "reloading Data for a .41 Mag" and you will get a bucket full of sites to explore.

I also shoot the Oregon Trail 215 LSWC in my .41. I use 15 grains of 2400 and get excellent accuracy shooting plates at 25-75 yards. It's enough to let you know you're shooting a magnum but not so hard that you can't shoot a 100 rounds and end-up with a sore hand.

I use 15.5gr 2400 w/a 215gr SWC. Shoots well enough that I killed a deer with it.

Gotta be careful with cast bullets. Can't go just on weight. With so many different moulds , ya got different amounts of bullet 'shank' going into the case , resulting in different bullets giving different compression of the powder charge. A 215gr RCBS SWC seated to the crimp groove leaves less powder capacity than a Lyman 220gr 410459 Keith-style SWC , hence a more compressed charge.
Also important , relatively slow-burning H-110 works well in compressed loads , but not so well in lighter or looser density loads. A good roll crimp is a must.
I mainly use the Lyman bullet and can get 16.5 grs of Blue Dot. But any other bullets compresses this charge and MUCH higher pressures result.

Don't know much about AAC9, guess i'll have to read up on it. Not sure if my load books list it.
