Default Bullet lube expiration?

Hello, everyone. I just came across a forgotten, dust-covered, partial box of Leadheads .45 255gr SWC in my supply pile. They are at least 5 years old, probably older. Bullet lube, green in color, is still present in the grooves but appears dry. Would it still be effective after all this time?
