PB has moved around on the burn rate charts a little. 30 years ago, when I started reloading, it was right around Unique, maybe a touch slower, or a touch faster, depending on application. Seems like lately, it has gotten faster-burning.
I couldn't find any data for PB at the imrpowder website (Hodgdon's now), and my older IMR pamphlets are downstairs, and I gotta go to bed, so no joy on traipsing downstairs to get them tonight. Sorry.
Those bullet weights you state are pretty heavy for the 10mm. 200grs is as heavy as I go, and I use a lot slower powder than Unique or PB with that weight bullet. I think, realistically, without much (if any) data available, I'd stick to light loads for just plinking/practice.
You probably can't go wrong if you use Red Dot or W231 data. Those are faster-enough compared to Unique that regardless of what generation your PB is, you should be starting off safely. Then, of course, you must work up carefully as signs and indications dictate. I'd stop just as soon as I got to 100% functioning, and call it good. Use it up as practice powder. It's not high-performance 10mm powder, such as 800X, AA#9, or Blue Dot.
