The only one I know of is Joe Dzurinda, at Black River Bullets.
He's in Parma. He makes nice Keith bullets at what I think is a reasonable price.

I think you will find that most, if not all, commercial bullet casters will not use lead you supply. There is no way to confirm what may or may not be in the lead or lead alloy you supply. Commercial casting equipment is quite expensive and they simply can not take the chance that your lead is contaminated with zinc.
You might get lucky and find one who will, but I have serious doubts about that.

National is out of buisness after commiting massive fraud.
try Welcome To Penn Bullets INC. he has the bullets you are looking for and he runs his own foundry and and can take metal on trade and he's just across the ohio border in PA.

bdm,
Welcome to the forum!
There can be a bullet caster wherever you go. All you gotta do is start casting! You already have the lead, buy a mould and get going!
You will have the kind of bullets you want when you want them for the price you want of the alloy you want. No more bullet shortages for you!

Slugmasters
They are located about an hour East of Akron. You might want to call them first as it's been a long time since I had them do any custom casting for me.

With the scarcity of lead and high cost of casting equipment I am surprised anyone would be wanting to go into casting at this time. There's also the issue of toxic lead fume exposure not only for the caster but his family assuming he casts around his residence. I buy my lead bullets from the closest source to keep shipping costs to a minimum. I also ask for the absolute lowest cost, the last time I ordered lowest cost required ordering 100K bullets. They could be mix and matched, several of my shooting buddies joined me in the order and we had no trouble coming up with an order for 100K. The caster that I dealt with was located in northern Indiana and has since gone out of business. Next time I order I will be looking for a new source and may consider some of the Ohio casters mentioned.
